best moments are when Archie performs, some scenes are a bit slow. Interesting because it shows the music-hall’s last years.
I found nice the prelude, with young writer John Osborne talking about John Osborne. A playwright I have to re-discover!
the set design was rich on the background, showing the stage inside a beautiful theatre and gorgeous curtains.
Few pieces of furniture of the house moved by the cast. The costumes were simple but in perfect ’50s style. Good cast.
